On Mac OS X 10.6.0, the default wallpapers are not those included with the Multimedia Theater software that is included with Leopard 10.5 and Snow Leopard 10.6. Fixme I tried applying a fix for drivers. Doesn't seem to fix it for me. Okay, so I uninstalled everything, reinstalled the previous version of Mac OS X, and within about 30 minutes, the system was 100% stable.
Bernard Well, installing it does not fix my issue. I can use it fine, but as soon as I add an item to the menu bar, or navigate to another app, it freezes. What I mean by item: A lot of menu items add items to the menu bar. That can be a folder, a service, an app, etc. I am also having issues with a few Apps that have been stopped. I'm pretty sure it's because I am running 10.6.4. I can try rolling it back to 10.6.0, though this could be a bad idea because I'm not 100% sure what I'm committing to.
